I have took my dogs a few times and they love it. They are chihuahua’s normally they bark at everyone but they love going here and don’t bark at them. I added more pictures of our girls for another amazing bath and nails.

A terrible place! A couple months ago, I initially had no intention of visiting the shop…but took our Yorkie based on a call from them that a slot was open. Had only gone one time prior and got turned around trying to find the place. I called and explained I’d be late, but was in route. The receptionist spoke as though it was no problem, saying to come anyway. I was about 25 minutes late for the appointment, being willing to reschedule, but they kept our dog. To our horror, our Yorkie was made last to be seen and kept from 11:30AM to closing. When confronted, the groomer was extremely combative and disrespectful, claiming the dogs hair was matted, needing more time to groom; even though I was charged more for the service. I should have sued the company, as our pet was injured by them and became terribly sick. I have the documentation from the veterinary hospital, and upon thinking about the entire experience, plan to file a suit against them. I high suggest staying far away from these mean spirited, unprofessional people.

My family and I love this place. We have an Airendale Terrier and most groomers have had zero or little of no experience with this breed. They do an incredible job every-time and act like grandparents having their grandchildren being dropped off! They are just so excited and happy to see him. We are always referring these great people!

Wow I was hoping not to do this because I'm very fair. I have taken my pooch to this place 5 to 7 times....there was only one time I was satisfied. Other times the blue bandanas color faded on my babies white coat so I was frantically getting him cleaned up.... I called and said what happened.....the receptionist.....I'll let them know, I said ok but no more scarfs. I have had to get my baby home and clean his face correctly and once they didn't comb through his coat. This place is a no for me! I emailed management to request a call.....of course that never happened it was probably just a worker. They cannot handle criticism or the truth. My dog should not look like he looked when I dropped him off when I picked him up. They did NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quick to tell me we were not a good fit.....no we're not so I will return my baby to his groomer who understands what to do! Who listens and who cares!!!! Oh I tip him wonderfully because he's worth it!

Warning: Please have the price of your service in writing and initialed before leaving your pet. They will change the price quoted when you return to get your pet (dog) in my case. This has happened several times. This will be my last time coming to this place! The groomer once uncharged me because she said my dog was too relaxed during the service and played down. Today, the front desk girl said, I'm sorry I'm new and quoted you the wrong price. Instead of taking the hit for her mishap, the customer paid the price. Never again!
