The staff is very experienced, organized and skilled. My dog had never been to a groomer before and they took their time to make sure she was comfortable. My dog has never smelt or felt better! Staff took the time to answer my questions about my dogs coat and teach me how to care for her at home in between groomings. Take all your cats and dogs to Aunt Kaycee!
The staff is amazing and so thoughtful!! They overdid themselves with helping my new sweet baby look like a pup again! 10/10 recommended for anyone who needs to get there sweet babies groomed! Also the personalized texts are the sweetest and make me feel apart of the whole process!
Lovely people and very knowledgeable on their craft. My pomeranian and hound dog appeared to have a good time and were very well and carefully groomed. Aunt Kaycee's needs to be on the list for "Best in the Boro."
