Dapper Dan's Dog Grooming

Note to self, Dapper Dan is the man and if I could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat! The best dog grooming experience EVER! New to the Savannah area I've been in search of a groomer for my fur babies (Lola Falana and Clark Kent). Dapper Dans is the BEST! Friendly and so patient, the cuts were amazing and he was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Dapper Dans Savannah Ga. if you're in search of a great groomer for your fur baby. ❤

I have been in the customer service industry for over 40 years, starting with my first job answering phones at a local retail store when I was just 16. Having run two successful businesses, I understand how challenging customers can be. However, I believe that losing the ability to listen means losing the ability to learn and understand. I have always spoken highly of Dapper Dan's due to the beautiful work they did when they first started. It was often difficult to get an appointment, but their service was commendable. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been disappointing. I called to inquire about getting my dog's nails trimmed, knowing there would be no openings for a full groom. However, the person on the phone was more interested in finishing my sentences than listening to my questions. When I tried to clarify, they insisted on telling me what I supposedly said, which was frustrating. Dapper Dan's, it's time to hire someone dedicated to answering phones. In 2024, mind-reading over the phone is not feasible, nor is it appealing. Listening is key to maintaining good customer relations.

I am in love with dapper dans dog grooming business and it’s owners! I can’t express to you how nervous I was about taking my dog to a groomer again after my past experiences but the owner at dapper Dan’s quickly put my worries to rest because of how genuine and professional they were. They immediately gave my dog a looking and asked me how I wanted him cut down to every detail. They even gave suggestions which helped a lot. They were comfortable with my dog and they handled him with care and that’s all I could ask for. I have a small dog and I was the first appointment and dapper Dan’s had him in and out within 1.5 hours. I picked up my dog and I loved everything about his new cut. To top all this off they do military discount!! Dapper Dan’s will definitely be our new grooming home!

First off the "best" review came from my little girl. As pet owners we can sense when our babies are stressed. My dog was so happy with the staff @DapperDan's that you can tell she enjoyed them and the experience. After speaking in detail with the groomers you can hear it in their voice their passion and care in what they do. Highly recommend Dapper Dan's Dog Grooming

Just moved to town and we're so happy we found Dapper Dan's. Dan did a wonderful job grooming our elderly dog, Donnie. We are so pleased with how his cut turned out. If you're looking for a fantastic groomer, go to Dapper Dan's!
