Perk-N-Pooch

We have been using Perk-N-Pooch for about 5 years and absolutely love it! Helen is wonderful and does a great job with my golden doodle’s haircut. He loves her too, even though he’s not a huge fan of grooming! Easy to book appointments through the app. We are very happy customers!

I can honestly say this is the best grooming salon I’ve ever been to. I book with Angelica every time because she does an AMAZING job! I have an almost 3 year old golden doodle who has really bad separation anxiety and is often very wild at drop off but Angelica and the entire staff treat him with so much love, care, and caution. If you need a place to take your pup, this is truly the place to go because you’ll never ever have to worry! Hmmmmm, where do I start. I had a few bad experiences there. I continue to visit this establishment because it’s easy for me to get a same day appointment there. The way they treated my dog was a cruel. She will get there around 10am sometimes a bit earlier and she won’t be ready until 3-4pm. This last time was even later. I sat in my car waiting for the call to pick my dog up. When I seen it was a bit late I called and they said that they text me regarding my dog but I never got the text. I asked why didn’t she call me if she seen that I didn’t respond. She stood their with a blank face. I said so my dog been here since 9:30am with no water and holding her pee this whole time in a cage. I told them that my dog has anxiety of being in a cage for sooooooo long. They seemed to not care. She lied about my dog being walked. they never started on her and when she brought my dog out my dog just started to pee. I thought I found a place I can trust but it’s just a factory in their with no regulations or gives a #%**. To the grooming manager and the young lady with lavender/purple hair who is a groomer your customer service sucks and when a person say don’t touch me please listen. Your fake hug was uncalled for and made me feel awkward especially when I said I don’t want a hug. That is just straight weird to touch someone that don’t want to be touched. ( I was crying because my anxiety was through the roof and it was making my blood pressure go up). You guys treated my dog awful and now I know why she didn’t want to get out of the car her experience their nothing she cared for. 1st time you gave her brush burn 2nd time you over plucked her ears that she had to go to the hospital 3rd and last time was just unreconcilable issues. Their might be an underlining reason why you treated me like this but I won’t make it worst on this page. But you should treat EVERYONE the same.

I did the DIY wash today for my two pups! The service was amazing! I paid prior and didn’t tip considering I did the DIY, but if I had known of the service level I would receive from multiple people even when doing DIY wash, I would have tipped very graciously - will know for next time! The staff was extremely nice and it’s so appreciated when you come across such a nice place of business in today’s world. I will definitely be back for all my grooming needs!

I had to book a last minute appt this week and luckily Helen was available to take our Golden, Astor. She was new to us and she did an AMAZING job. Our dog hadn't been groomed in a while due to some medical issues so he was kind of a mess and also doesn't always feel the best so Helen knew she'd have to be gentle. When we picked Astor up, we couldn't believe what a wonderful job she'd done. I will 100% book her again in the future - she's just the best.
