Bark & Paws

I took my sweet parti toy poodle here a few weeks ago and we had a great experience. Not only is the facility clean (& doesn't smell like dogs), but his haircut looks so great! I am picky and I would highly recommend.

I live very close so I was expecting to take my dog to this place every month since her first cut turned out okay. She unfortunately developed an ear infection but I got it treated and decided to take her again a month later. When I brought her home, each of her legs were shaved as shown in the picture. She also had bald spots everywhere. I’m not sure if they’re training someone new but for $100 I could have done a better job myself. I also know for sure she was not matted because I brush her 2-3x a day. I reached out and they said its because the fur grows in reverse. Not sure what that means but they never responded to my last message therefore I will not be returning.

First time taking Teddy for full grooming. They were very nice and were available the day after my call. No waitlist. Teddy looks and smells so good. Thank you!
