I made the appointment and explained the issues I had with previous groomers. Lady says "bring photos" and we'll make sure he's taken care of. I arrive, I bring 5 photos and said clear as day "full round face." I pick my dog up in 1 hour...A MESS!! I told her I didn't like it, she attempted to fix it but it's still a mess. He was groomed on November 1st, today is the 7th and he looks like he hasn't been groomed in weeks. Then the lady charged me full price after I left a $25 deposit. I scheduled another appointment for a 2ndchance but I'm so angry right now... I'm done. His face is a disgrace!!!! His body is uneven, nails are a mess, and she bathed and dis this in one hr. Groomed exactly 1 week ago today. Smh The young lady was nice. The location is clean but I'm so angry. Waste of my time and money. His birthday is next wk, i wanted to do birthday photos and now I have to grow this out to get him groomed properly....missing his birthday shoot.

Walked in to have my dog’s nails trimmed. They use a dremel which I am not used to, but definitely a fan of now! She was able to control how much nail was removed without getting too close to the quick. The young girl who helped me was super nice.

After losing my main groomer I was very hesitant to go anywhere else but her. However; I was recommended A Klassy Lassie by a friend and my girl has never looked better! They were fast, efficient, and super sweet to my Ellie Bear! She showed no signs of fear and in fact seemed to absolutely enjoy her visit! I will be taking all my fur-babies to this establishment!

I highly recommend this place. They treat your pets like they’re family 🙂

I was looking for a new groomer for my dogs Gracie and Karma. A Klassy Lassie was highly recommended to me by one of my staff members. Well we were not disappointed. The environment was great. I like that they don't believe in leaving the dogs in the crates for too long, that is why they give you an appt. time and a pick-up time. Kellie, the owner was able to take care of my dogs at a moments notice. From the time I dropped them off I felt comfortable leaving them as the atmosphere was very warm and inviting to not just my dogs, but to me. Both Karma and Gracie were beautifully groomed, but more important they were happy as was I with the great customer service WE received. Thank You Kellie and all your staff. We love the bandana's too!
