If could give 0 stars I would. We have used them for years and have never had problems. Took my Yorkie this week. The dog had been brushed that morning and had minimal tangles. She had long hair close to the floor. My dog was shaved! Even her tail was shaved and they still gladly accepted my $100 despite the disatisfaction. Was told my dogs would be ready at 1:30 and 3:30 they were just being finished up. Upon entering the building to pick my dogs up, the groomer was unaware of me being in the building. My other dog started barking and she turned around and snarled at my dog to “shut up” in a manner that displayed aggression toward my dog. I would not take my dog back for fear of abuse to them by this particular groomer and the Thomaston Rd location. Was also told had to pay in cash due to credit card machine being down. Upon contacting management I was informed the credit card machine was indeed working. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone using this groomer which is very unfortunate because we had used groomer for years. Spare yourself the headache and frustration and look for a different groomer.

Great groomers. Always friendly and our pup comes homes happy, smelling good and very well groomed no matter what cut we choose. Have been using their services over 3 years.

Took my 10 old dog, she has been to groomers all of her life. While there they snipped off the end of her tail. Not the hair, her tail. They apologized and gave us the end of her tail in a Ziploc baggie with no charge. I know mistakes can happen, but if they had taken their time this probably wouldn't have happened. Not going back! Never would recommend.

Prompt, courteous, clean & professional. I took a 2 month old cat to have its claws trimmed. In and out in 10 minutes. They also took the time to answer all my questions about owning a cat. I will go back.

We have never been anywhere on a trip without our fur-children until our eldest Son’s Wedding in Savannah, Georgia. After visiting multiple websites, then traipsing from Facility to Facility... We found Laurie & visited Macon Pets Resort & Spa. We were given a tour, introduced to caregivers, assisted in accessing their website, & shown how we could see our fur-children at all times while they were in their private suite or interacting with their caregivers in other areas of their Facility. Our fur-children are elderly, need their own personalized dietary components we provide, scheduled snacks, & most important: medications. These needs were met without fail. We routinely checked on them via the webcam in their suite. Their beds were kept clean and their bedding, ‘bankies’ per se, augmented by the staff with soft options belonging to the Resort. Our Chihuahua has a need to twirl herself into her bed within a blanket. She was provided with multiple blanket twirl options! Just too kind and very thoughtful. We also received personal text messages from the caregivers of pictures and updates. We appreciate the excellent care our little ones received. Thank you all from the Folse’s.
