Janelle is great. My 6 month old schnauzer had her first cut with her and she looks soooo pretty. She handle her with care. We will be back.

Dropped off my big ole grandpup, Bear, for a good cleaning and grooming while he was visiting me. He didn't want to leave. My baby wanted to go to each of the ladies working there and give them some goodbye love. Thank you all so much!❤️ 🐕🐶

Great groomer and well run business. Gator smells and feels great after his grooms. He comes back with a soft coat and never smells over perfumed (they offer sensitive skin baths). The online booking and text reminders the day before the appt are super convenient. The grooming and kennels are all where you can see them so you know how your pet is treated while they are there. The owner and her team have always been kind and patient with me, even on the days where I was late picking my pup up. They stay busy and are usually booked at least 2 weeks out. Even though they always seem busy, I've never had a long wait to get my pup. I've tried at least 8 different groomers since moving to GA and Chateau 4 Paws has been the best by far.

There was an issue with our reservation. They still got us in and took care of us. I've tried my dog at three other places and she came back from this place looking better than she has at any of the others. Make your reservations ahead of time because it's obvious why they're booked up. They do a great job. My dog came back without the tiger stripes from the clippers which most of the other places do. She was clean and happy and taken care of. And the prices were fair as well.

10 out of 10!!!!! Everyone in the building is so nice, prompt service, good music, very clean, and a quick turnaround! My girls came back better than ever! They smell so good and their coats are shinier than I’ve ever seen them! I’ll definitely be a customer for life! The little finishing touches are EVERYTHING
