This is hands down a great small black owned business and Joy and her staff do a wonderful job with our crazy out of control dogs. Stop giving her a hard time their was an issue with my puppy while I was out of the country she assured us about the situation took him to the vet and gave him the medicine, AND IT WASN’T a ridiculous price like the other places. Ok yes she wants you to wear a mask upon entering her establishment, but so what. Have you ever been around 20 + barking and whining dogs for 8 hours or more? Maybe if you are open minded when you approach and get out of your feelings your experience will be much better. Joy and her staff is doing a great job in our community and I hope she stays. We need to appreciate her and not make negative posts!! People we have to do better. They are here to service our pets to say the least… I am a satisfied customer. I digress…😊

found Pawz of Joy when searching for a local groomer through Google & I’m SO glad I did! My furrbaby, Bruce Wayne, was treated so well & now has the most handsome haircut. (Also, look at the CUTE necklace they gave him!) We will definitely be returning to Pawz of Joy for all future grooming needs

Absolutely love how smooth the booking and check in process is. Plenty of reminders prior to my appointment. My wild, woolly and slightly matted standard poodle came out looking like a proper lady. My new groomer!

Lacking in customer service but the grooming was great. However customer service is priority and as people can see from these responses of negative reviews thats an issue. Im very friendly talkative professional however, I was unable to engage the owner in polite conversation. And thats fine if you are not dealing with customers but you are the front person representing your company. May I suggest you hire a trained customer service friendly employee for front of the house because you have the grooming skills but not the customer service to keep return customers. Blessings

My family have been getting our dogs groomed and boarded by Paws of Joy! My dad only trusts Joy with his Labrador. Joy is always willing to pick her up and bring her when needed. Paws of Joy staff is professional, trustworthy and have the best prices in town. I always refer them on social media. Definitely take your dogs to her!
