We’ve been using Ms. Katie for months and first off, our dogs LOVE her and she loves them. We lost one of our babies a few months ago and she was so compassionate and caring during that time. Our dogs smell SO good and are always excited to see Ms. Katie. Her prices are unmatched for the service you’re receiving. WE WILL USE HER FOREVER :-)

Had appointment.took a day off from work and it was 2 hours before appointment time and I text her to confirm she says she can’t come due to son being sick. And she would reschedule me . 5 days later still haven’t heard from her. I suppose she wasn’t even going to tell me she wasn’t coming. Had another issue before this one tried to make appointment she got mad bc I couldn’t do the day she gave me . She sent a unprofessional message to me saying I need all information I give you a day you can’t do it what day can you do!. Very rude! Very bad about replying as well.

Katie is amazing. She has been taking care of my dog for over 10 years. Not only does she do an amazing job she also makes my dog (who gets scared during bath time) comfortable.

Katie is wonderful! She has been grooming my dogs for about 8 years. She is very talented with my Yorkies, Westies, and Pomeranians. Always on time and professional.
