They always do such an amazing job grooming our babies and they are so sweet. Very great customer service and I like that they are very flexible with hours. The poodles always come home happy and the haircuts are perfect. I’m sure our babies are difficult but they always do a great job. This is the best grooming place we’ve found in town and the prices are also reasonable. Highly recommend.

Very clean establishment. They are really nice here. We are trying to get Prissy straightened out where she received a horrible cut at Petsmart, thanks to Trey a few weeks ago. It will take a few visits, but we are getting there.

Love it here and esme loves it! But every time she gets groomed here she has scabs on her so I might just have to start bringing our own shampoo! Other than that great place to groom your fur babies!

Animals: Two 60lbs double-coated dogs. Services requested: de-shedding treatment, bath Pros: they got a bath and smelled good. Prices would have been acceptable had services been completed. Cons: services not completed to expectations (if they completed the de-shed at all) The picture below is from ONE of our dogs that supposedly just had a recent de-shed Abhorrent communication skills, records keeping, and timelines Every call was met with “who is your baby,” followed by a hold time to see whether the dogs were ready yet. Dogs were dropped off at 8am, supposedly weren’t complete until closing, though an estimate of 1pm had been given. Received no phone call on their completion of service. Lack of itemized bill The services are charged according to how much product is used and time required. Why then am I not in possession of a bill annotating these amounts? What exactly did I spend $165 on? Of additional note, both my dogs drank nearly a full large bowl each upon returning home. It seems they had not had access to water in a long time, although this may be behavioral and is unverifiable. Overall: not happy.
