We had a horrible experience trying to adopt a kitten for my son from animal control, so we decided to try pet smart.. and both of the ladies (Shelly and Tabitha) that helped us made it an amazing experience and we found our little Birdie Bee right away. We knew she was the perfect fit and the ladies were so knowledgeable and kind to us. If we ever get another pet we definitely know who to go to. Highly Recommend!

Our dog recently went through 3 stages of training at PetSmart-Puppy, Intermediate, and Advanced. Jordan, our dog trainer, was very knowledgeable and seems to work well with all pets! Jordan was always gentle, but firm and assertive when needed. Our puppy that once got into everything at home, is a lot more tame now because of Jordan's knowledge and helping us train her. I highly recommend training with Jordan at PetSmart. Very good, and at a decent price!

Took my dog here for her first grooming and paid for a full cut. Told them exactly what I wanted done and none of it was done. I even pre paid for it. Needless to say I am very unsatisfied with their service. So as soon as I got home I cut her down like I wanted to begin with. And only because I have to return tomorrow for her final shots. I do not recommend this service . The first shots are of her when I got her from them the last two are after I cut her myself. Was a real waste of money..

Nice clean store. There is plenty of cat food to choose from. Of course, I had to stop and check out the kittens.

Friendly staff, good layout of store, easy access to products made this an enjoyable and profitable experience
