The best pet groomers in all of Augusta. I won’t let anyone one take care of my Yorkies but these two ladies. Carrie and Ray are so gentle and caring with my babies I know they are in good hands whenever they have them. Great customer service, patient and awesome communication.

After searching for a groomer for the last 5 years that I’m happy with, I am so delighted to write an excellent review for Patsy’s pet parlor after our first visit. I was so pleased with the cuts they gave my two miniature schnauzers. They were so sweet to my girls and listened to how I wanted them cut and did exactly as I asked. They were friendly and professional at the same time. I feel so blessed to have found them! It’s over sixty miles from me but I won’t be taking my babies anywhere else from now on!

We have taken our puppies to several groomers and they were all okay, BUT Patsy's is at a higher level! They listened to what we wanted and have delivered every time! They love our babies which is important. They realize how important they are to us and not just another dog to groom. I literally have not been 100% happy with our groomers until after the first time at Patsy's.

Clean. Fast. Friendly. They love their job and love these fur babies. It shows.

Patsy did an amazing job on my goldendoodle, Royal. He has been to 3 different places and this has been the best experience. Patsy was very nice, showed Royal lots of love, discussed what she was going to do, and called with an update when he was close to being done. I am so glad to finally have a regular groomer. Thanks Patsy!
