After 2 years I finally found a moment to share my experience (Thanks for the reminder Shan 😊). I love the team here! My first dog is a miniature schnauzer and Mr. Wayne has a schnauzer of his own so I knew we were in the right place. No matter what breed, I will always recommend Happy Hearts! I had a great first experience with Happy Hearts! I am extremely happy with my babies haircut. Everyone was very helpful and informative. Wayne is extremely talented and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone in the Atlanta area looking for a attentive and professional groomer. Booking and Payment was also made easy thanks to their app. I will definitely be returning for more of their services in the future.

I absolutely LOVE everything about Happy Hearts! I always know when I drop off my fur babies that they’re in good hands. The staff here is amazing! You can honestly tell that they genuinely care about your pet. I’ve been coming here for 2.5 years and not once, have I been disappointed. This was my first time trying this groomer after discovering them on Instagram earlier this year. My schnauzer’s hair wasn’t in the best shape, it was 2 months since his last cut so he was pretty matted, I made peace with the idea all of his hair would probably have to be cut off. BUT Wayne was still able to work a miracle and do the style I wanted so even though I was charged more for detangling, I didn’t mind bc it was extra work and he was able to do the style I wanted. After reading other reviews I’ll also add, the staff was very transparent with the pricing and if you’ve ever brought your pet to a groomer you’ll understand it’s a normal practice to have additional charges if other things come up as the groomer is doing the service (matting/detangling, extra handling, etc.) I’m VERY happy with the service and I will return again for regular maintenance, highly recommend!

Happy Hearts has my heart! They treated my baby with so much attention and care. The receptionist (I hate I can’t remember her name) was so sweet and helpful giving me tips on my standard poodle and made sure he was well taken care of. Wayne was super patient with my baby and did so good grooming him as he was super matted and had fleas that he nipped in the bud! Well worth the price for what they had to deal with. Thank you guys!! My second time coming here and my baby’s second professional grooming and I’ll DEFINITELY be back!! 🫶🏾💕
