Clip N Clean Mobile Pet Grooming

My dog came back from the groom with multiple bloody abrasions on his nose. After going back and forth with the owner all day she insisted on me taking my dog to the vet THAT SHE WOULD PAY FOR, which was considered an emergency visit which costed $120. Which she then showed up to the vet and after hearing the vet say she can’t say specifically what happened but my dogs nose was clearly irritated, she then refused to pay the vet bill and demanded I pay for both the dogs grooms that left my dog with a bloody face. She wasted my time and money on not only the terrible groom but a jacked up vet bill. Absolutely terrible business, I would NOT recommend to anyone.

We used Clip n Clean for the second time today and the experience was wonderful. The first time was for dremmeling the nails of our four dogs. Jeanine and Chris were so good with our pups. Today, all four of our dogs had full grooms with nails dremmel. Jeanine and Chris were so patient with the dogs. Two of them are 1-month-old puppies that are 75-ish pounds each. One of the pups doesn’t like his feet touched and scratched Jeanine’s arm when he was trying to jump back. She was very gracious and kind about it. I’ll also share that their rates are the best I’ve found and the quality of work is wonderful.

I have a 16 year old cat who freaks out anytime she has to get into a car. She needed her nails trimmed and no one, including my vet, would help me. Everyone wanted an $85 trip charge (or more) or me to bring her to them which is too traumatic for her. Jeanine understood the situation and agreed to come on her day off to trim Magic's nails. It took just a couple of minutes and my baby is sitting here purring. She had a nail that was really sore and Jeanine fixed it. I will call her every time Magic needs her nails trimmed. I even called my vet to recommend her to anyone who's in the same situation that I'm in.

I texted Clip N Clean and was answered back very quickly with an opening for the next day. Lauren the groomer came and spent about 1hr 20min on our 85lb St. Bernard. She had the 'mini groom' and came back in looking gorgeous! The groomer let me know that she likes to take breaks if the dog is getting overwhelmed and that made me so very happy since this was our dogs first mobile groom. Highly recommend this service!

Friendly and amazing customer service. We just moved and our Baby Belle cat did not move well. She was very stinky and her brothers and sisters did not like it. Clip N Clean worked us in the very next day, at our home where we were dealing with movers and installers. Now our princess can live the high life in FL.
