First timer here!!! They did a great job not only finding a spot for my Mimi on short notice but also taking the time to offer me some advice when I brought her in for her first trim. The price was very reasonable. Coming back for sure!

While my dog’s grooming was well-done, the owner’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. This was the first time my dog has been professionally groomed, as we adopted him less than a month ago, and the experience was far from welcoming. This was my first visit, and upon mistakenly parking in the wrong spot, instead of addressing the matter politely, the owner immediately began yelling at me in an aggressive and demeaning manner. She went so far as to insult me, questioning my ability to groom my own dog and asking if I even knew what brush to use remarks that were entirely uncalled for. When I asked about the pick-up time, I was informed it would take three hours, and I would receive a call once my dog was ready. I dropped him off at 1 PM, but by 6 PM, having received no updates, I called to check on the status. The assistant told me it would be another 45 minutes, but I could hear the owner shouting in the background, stating, “I told her it would be 3 hours!” in a harsh and unprofessional tone. By the time I collected my dog, they had kept him for over five hours, far exceeding the originally stated time. Additionally, when my boyfriend accompanied me for pick-up and parked in the same spot I had previously, the owner did not reprimand him—her demeanor toward him was noticeably different. Although I maintained a polite attitude throughout the experience to avoid further conflict, the owner’s rude and unprofessional conduct was unacceptable. Despite the quality of the grooming, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to others. Respectful communication is a basic expectation in any professional setting, and this experience fell far short of that standard.

Perfect as always! Thank you Cristy team for making the babies fresh and clean. They are always accommodating to our crazy schedule and have been a great part of the family for years.

Went to Happy Paws in Palm Bay to get my cats nails trimmed Happy Paws will now be Christie’s and it looks amazing after renovation! Meanwhile I was directed to this location and Christie clipped my cats nails (with a backside trim) with no wait. They use 2 people when clipping nails. That is a good safety measure. Very good customer service at both places. Since I live in Palm Bay I will definitely be going to Christie’s at 2539 Palm Bay Rd for the next clipping.

I visited Cristy's for the first time at this new location and I am so impressed!! Aside from the fact they did a fabulous grooming on my Henri, Cristy and Jake were so kind, accommodating, and informative!! I highly recommend them!!!
