The equipment was great! The pressure washer and brush were nearly perfect. There seemed to be a good chemical pump system. The soapy options produce a lot of foam. The instructions were posted and easy to follow. Cost was average. The only downside is that the dials and machine are outdated and the bay we used was full of leaves and dirt. It definitely could be better maintained, but all in all... I enjoyed it.

Rated 0 due to an unpleasant experience with the owner. A charge on my card appeared for $15 and I'd only used this service for 9 minutes, so I called. The owner answered the phone in an unprofessional manner, interrupted repeatedly, and once I mansplained back to him that no, the $15 charge was not pending, it went through, he agreed to check his videos. After reviewing the video, he called back with an (uncomfortably thorough) description of me washing my car: And attempting to stop the meter. In his perspective, it was very much all my fault for not reading the signs and doing things right, and he starkly refused to offer any sort of compensation other than carwash tokens. We ended the call. Solution: I reached out to my credit card company, and they resolved the issue within the hour. To the owner: Focus on your customers, not your profit. Don't be a bully. Don’t recommend this place, very hostile owner aggressively approached me and scared my wife when he started yelling because we didn’t put pressure washer in slot while I was using the brush. Didn’t even realize what was happening at first from pure shock at someone so rude. Also, overpriced was there for 10 minutes, got charged $20.

It’s a nice idea but unfortunately the soap was out, I already paid and no one’s standing right there to help. So I ended up taking my wet unwashed dog back to my house to bath.

Make sure you guys pull out a loan before coming here. I went poor using this car wash. At least my cars clean. The equipment is trash. You can tell owners obviously are pocketing the money rather than putting it back into their business. You’ll be better off and save more money buying a hose and soap and doing it yourself.
