Visited the store for tropical fish. Tanks were somewhat dirty and had a lot of dead fish. Lady who helped us was very dry, not friendly at all. The cashier was friendly and very helpful.

The trainer, Bria is the best! She worked with my dog and all her behaviors and she’s been on her best behavior since!

Penelope was the best groomer I ever had! This store really lost out on a fantastic groomer and employee by allowing petty drama to fill there salon.

They almost nothing that we needed for our rescue kittens. They only had one lane open, so we had to wait in a long line. The staff acted like we were a distraction. She definitely did not want to be there. There grooming areaafe me nervous, so we did not get our dog groomed. I could not see in. I don't like the fact that you can't watch and make sure your pet is being treated with care. We had to go to Petco, which put PetSmart to shame.

2nd trip: Puppy wanted everything but she's training and was better except wanting all treats. Still 5 stars plus Brought my new puppy there. Everyone was so patient. It was her first outting, which was a disaster for me, but she is a puppy. She wanted everything. But store very clean and staff patient. The only thing that would suggest is that more watering areas for animals are needed. Otherwise, it's a good store, and prices are high but store great. Has grooming also there and a vet.
