Absolutely horrible! All of animals are sick and not being cared for. Poor bearded dragon is on deaths door and the ferrets have no food and water. I've never in my life seen such horrible care of animals in a corporate petshop

Bought a Syrian hamster last Friday and starts showing wet tail on Tuesday. Came back to petco, the manager blames me that it’s my fault. I had 3 hamsters in the past 8 years, with excellent experience of taking care them. When put refund, it has to have a physical card, my bf paid for me and he’s not in out. They even ask me to mail the card. Ridiculous, now I ended with no hamster with full blame and 30$ gift card. Thank you petco, I’ll never ever come back. The manager on 1/17/2025 is very impatient, rude, unprofessional.

Grooming manager, Christina, has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's as if her goal is to make the customer feel stupid. I will be taking my dog elsewhere from now on.

Waited in line for 2 hours after arriving 30 minutes early for my appointment. Then there “vet” which I don’t believe she really is one. Half ass tried to take my dogs blood and he yelp a bit and she wouldn’t even try again. Worst veterinary appointment I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time with Petco. Thanks for AI generated response but now I’m sure all these reviews are just lies that y’all edit. Petco as a whole is a scam.

We brought our Husky in to be groomed. It was his first time and he looks (and smells) wonderful. He wasn't stressed at all which made the experience pleasant for both of us. Kalyn even noticed he could have an infection in his ear and suggested we have him checked out by our vet. It turns out he did have an ear infection and we were able to get it treated quickly. We will be bringing him back along with our other dogs. Kalyn was kind and patient which I very much appreciate.
