Tried Grooming by Penny today for the first time, I must say I was extremely pleased with the work Ms. Penny did on my dog. She is very friendly, pleasant and courteous. Also, Ms. Penny is very knowledgeable and understands the service needs for each pet. I will be taking my dog to her again for all grooming services. I highly recommend this groomer over all groomers in Sebring. Thank you Ms. Penny! 😊

I had the best experience with having our Shitzu groomed at Penny's. She was so kind and understanding to my dog. Rosy was not scared as we left her. And she is adorable all nice clean and groomed. I will be bringing Rosy back in 6 weeks to keep up with her cute style.

Called to get Rosy groomed the person was very nice until she asked last time we were there.? I said 9 months ago since we only come here for 3 months and then the lady said we are booked till end of April this was Jan 2019. I had her groomed their last year 2 times and again before we left FL. So I will not go back here again. I had her groomed at another place and the Man did a great job. She was not scared of him either so Penny's lost my business.

Penny is just about the best groomer in the area. She is available and her salon is easy to reach. Hours very convenient. Most of all she is friendly and works well with even the most challenging pets.
