Patient Paws Pet-Grooming

We brought our dog for a bath and nail trim. Donna took great care of him and put a bandana and tie on him. We will definitely bring him back.

Miss Donna is very good with your pet. I have a dog and she is very skittish but, Donna took her time and really gave Lucy a good bath. She clipped her nails and she cleaned out her ears. I highly recommend her and she is very Patient!

The business is flim flam, brought my daughters dog in there and taking somewhere else to get done proper. Not sure if she is licensed/insured and is definitely not professional, trained, or equipped. Plan on either redoing your pet when you get home or take them to a reputable place. Shade tree dog grooming. Im sure the owner will rebute this review but it’s honest and representative of our experience. 1. Place is operating out of a run down shack. No signage to guide you in, nothing. Very suspect. 2. Wouldn’t clip our dogs nails, didn’t own a dremel grinder. What groomer doesn’t have a grinder for nails? $15 dollar item at Walmart 3. Showed up our dog wasn’t dry, the lady handed my daughter the blow dryer. 🤦‍♂️ 4. Can’t even pay the lady. Won’t take checks, no credit cards, didn’t even have change for a twenty. Said: “I can watch your dog while you go to town to get change”. FOH You get the picture. 👎

Donna did a wonderful job with my little sparky. He looked amazing and smelled great!! I’ll be back!
