This dog groomer listens. They care about the details. They also take the time to get to know your dog, so the transition of giving your dog to them isn't so hard. It's like dropping your kid off to daycare. They make it easy because our dog Scooby Doo recognizes them and isn't so anxious. That matters.
What I asked for vs what I got. Also sent my dog home with his paw cut and toenail wrecked. The owners excuse was “mistakes are made sometimes” also they didn’t even tell me they hurt my dog and I had to clean up blood all over.
Last two appointments price went up $$10 each time without notice! Seriously?! My groomer Taylor is amazing, but up $20 over this summer and no more scarfs, bow ties or any cute groomer bling. Sad to say, but your lack of communication with your faithful clients of 3 years has cost you my business.
Took my friend’s dogs here. Great team that cares about animals. Min and Zin have been coming here for years. They both come out of the sales n looking like show dogs.
Yet another price increase. Fine. But each time they do it they surprise you when you show up. Expressed frustration about how I budget strictly and customers should be informed prior to arrival. Especially when it’s close to $300 for 2 standard poodles. Lady with the dark hair (owner?) says “I don’t remember Walmart informing me when their prices increased.” You’re upset with me for being upset about a surprise price increase when we scheduled weeks ago and you didn’t let me know? What a joke. Not sure if I’m more upset about the dogs not getting cut today in dead of summer or her nasty remarks. I’m not going to apologize for being upset. There’s a difference between being upset and being rude. I was not the latter. You however, were. I do not recommend them any longer if you are reading this 2024 or later. And based on recent comments, it seems I’m not the only one commenting about surprise increases and unpleasant demeanors. The other staff were more understanding of my frustration so not sure why she poked her head out to throw her two cents in and then walk away. Where I’m from that’s what’s known as being a coward. What a day ruiner.
