Kelly is absolutely wonderful when it comes to her job. She has so much patience and love and talks to them and keep them calm as she's grooming them or bathing them a wonderful person. I recommend her 100% she has been taking care of my dog for over 10 years never had a problem. And my dog is not an easy dog to do his nails he is a screamer that she has so much patience with him if it takes her an extra 10 minutes to do their nails she does that she does not stress them at all, she takes her time. When it comes to her job it is about the dog.

We evacuated for Hurricane Matthew with our two dogs and they were both due for their grooming. Kellianne's got them in the same morning and did a great job! They came out looking good and happy, pricing is very reasonable. If we lived here, this would be where they would have all their spa days. Thanks so much!

I was in need of a groomer on a Saturday and called that morning, and although she was very busy she was generous and still fit in my Yorkie! I was so appreciative and then they did an outstanding job! I use to live in Tennessee and was nervous about having to find a new groomer, but to my surprise I liked the way they cut my dog even better than my old groomer. As long as I am in Pensacola, they will be receiving my business!

The staff was great! Took the time to explain to me what kind of cut my baby was going to get. Was finished quick and price was cheaper than other places in Pensacola. This is the only place I will go with my fur baby! This is the best groomer in Pensacola. Love that she relocated from Pine Forrest to 63rd Ave well worth the drive. 🐩🐕🐶
