I want to use this medium to express the poor service they gave me today, despite being a customer for a year, it is unacceptable how they left my dog ​​with me today. First of all, they cut his hair to a minimum when he didn't request it, they mistreated him!!! The little dog has a wound on the inner thigh and they also didn't clean his eyes, they gave him to me with his eyes completely full of tears. VERY BAD SERVICE

Amazing experience! I just picked up my girls and I’m over the moon. We had an awful experience at another groomer and was looking for someone new. I took in photos and they groomed my girls exactly like I had hoped. No smell when you walk in and I love how you can see the grooming going on right up front. This lets you see exactly how things are going. I am so happy. I booked my next appt as soon as I walked in and saw how awesome they both looked.

Took my cat to get a bath and claws cut and couldn't be happier. I was expecting to get a call saying Loki was too be bad to be done and I needed to be picked up. However he got done and upon pick up he seemed happy and not stressed. They did inform me he wasn't the biggest fan of his nails but they got done. It did take a couple weeks when I called to get an appointment but it was well worth the wait and we will be back. Highly recommended!!!

just want to say Urban Pets are amazing🤩🤩🤩 We took our little baby moose, who is a little Golden doodle over there and the whole entire staff was just great. He was nervous. They were so loving and patient with him, thanks again, Urban Pets ,you guys deserve 10 stars

So happy with their service. My poodle looks exactly how I wanted, just like a teddy bear and smells super good and clean. THANK YOU for doing an amazing job!!! 😍😍
