My babies always look amazing after their spa day. The prices are very reasonable and the staff treats every pup as if they were their own. I highly recommend Sara, she's just so good with the babies and always does exactly what I ask.

Very disappointed in customer service. Obviously customer retention is not a priority. You ask what more you could have done? ANYTHING. Signs stating “cash only” were not posted at drop off. If they had been, I would’ve made other arrangements. Leaving VM after the fact was not helpful, even if I would have heard it. I have no issue offering grace, except for when it is not offered to me, the paying customer. Instead you rudely repeated yourself with “cash only”.
