I absolutely love this place! Every time I take Koda he always looks so clean and feels amazing. Laura always does a fantastic job, but my favorite part is the adorable pictures they do at the end. I save them to share with family and friends. All the staff are very nice & are great with all the fur-babies.

My puppy had a mix of furs for a coat and had quite a few mats. Misty told me that she would try everything to get rid of the mats. She wasn't satisfied so she called me, which was greatly appreciated, and gave me the option of either a long hair which had the potential for more mats or to give him a shorter styling. I went with the latter and was expecting him to be completely shaved. When I arrived to pick him up, I was met with the friendly smile that was Megan and she helped me pick out a shirt for him. The moment was finally here. Would he be in his "skives?" Would he need a shirt? When he came out, my heart stopped. Standing right before me was the cutest little dog I could have imagined! Misty gave him the Teddy Bear Cut. I should've trusted Misty; she would never let an ugly dog leave her sight. Thank you to Misty and Megan for letting my visit be so pleasant!

I have had wonderful experiences here. I was learning how to show my dogs in conformation and the owner went above and beyond to teach me how to groom a Yorkie for showing. She also assisted me in getting trimmed ears and feet before the show, as well as showing me how to wrap the coat. Lovely people and a lovely business!

I have been taking my dog to Charlie's Place for the past 10 years and they are AMAZING!!! Jennifer, the Owner is so loving and caring and knows exactly how to groom my cavalier. She is gentle and keeps in mind the owner's and dog's needs. Highly recommend!!

As always, this place rocks Misty is amazing and absolutely love her. So does coconut which is a plus. Prices are still great. Dog still loves it So I wanted to wait until we're regulars, lol. It took 1 visit. My Coconut has never been so happy to go get groomed in 5 years she tries to run out the door when I pick her up from other places... Not here she wants to stay and hang out. Misti is coconuts groomer for life, she is talented and is consistent, she listens to you and I got a peek of coconut at the last visit and it melted my heart just to see her sitting on the table smiling as Misti was finishing. Misti is kind and considerate and I can't say enough about this place. Misti also remember little things like 2 people to do her nails, she remembers without me telling her and without looking at notes... So happy OH AND THE FREE PHOTO SHOOT IS THE ICING ON THE CAKE!!!! I know that it can be stressful taking your furbaby someplace new but you won't regret it. They also have a wonderful selection of items....
