When she shows up she is excellent, however, she does not show up! The first time we used her there were two no-shows in a row. She discounted the service to make up for it. When she showed up the 3rd time she did a great job. Fast forward, dogs need a trim and bath. She didn't show up for the appointment and discounted a reschedule. The reschedule is for today and she hasn't shown up or responded. If she would just SHOW UP or at the very least call/text/ or email any type of cancelation so we are not waiting for her that would be great!!!

Last week I made an appointment for 9 am. today. At 9:20 no sign of groomer. I called and someone picked up but did not speak. I called two more times and it went to voicemail. I sent a message through Facebook and finally received a message back that they had a flat. Groomer had my number to call or send a text. They also could have sent me a Facebook message and let me know we would need to reschedule but did not. I understand things happen however good communication and consideration for others busy schedule should be paramount in a small business. I try to support local businesses as much as possible but if going to a big box will provide better customer service I am all for it.

I have one dog who is an easy groom and loves his spa day, and one who is a witch on wheels to groom. We were all delighted with the services and even the hard to do dog was so calm! She didn't even try to bite! It was amazing. We will be back for sure. Great experience!

I've known Patience for years. She's the only groomer my old rescue pup would allow to touch hom. She was amazing with him. I highly recommend her! She's amazing with the animals. She even boarded my dog so I didn't have to put him in a kennel when I traveled.

They did a really wonderful job! We're so glad we came to this groomer. They're kind, friendly, thorough and its a very good price for all the services done in one visit. Would definitely use again.
