See Spot Grooming Lakewood Ranch

I took my dog, Mia, to See Spot, and I couldn't be happier. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they took great care of Mia. Her coat looks amazing, and she was so relaxed after her grooming. The facility was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend See Spot for their excellent service and genuine love for animals!

We had been using this groomer for years now and the staff changes but we hadn’t had any issues until now. We have a 12lb Eskimo mini dog and the new person Skylar calls us up almost 2.5 hours later saying she couldn’t groom her since it took her that long to just bathe our dog and on top of that she still wanted to charge us a $100 for just a bath. It was outrageous. She didn’t want to give our dog a grooming since she has a heavier coat but in the past several times there was no issue??? You couldn’t call me the minute you started giving her a bath if it was not doable? Our dog is 7, she been getting groomed since she was 4 months old. We are so unhappy and she told us to find a new groomer instead of saying we can bring her back and she would groom her no charge since apparently it took 2 hours to just bathe her. Give me a break. Do not go here.

We were scheduled our border collie and standard poodle for baths and flea dips on the phone. When I arrived I was told only one dog was scheduled and I explained both dogs were given appointments when I called. I encountered a very rude employee at the front desk who said if a flea was found on the dogs they would not be groomed despite the fact I made it known they were there for flea dips. The employee at the front desk canceled both appointments and told me to take the dogs home. Both my husband and I were stunned, we have taken these AKC dogs to many groomers and never had a problem. We felt embarrassed and disrespected by this unprofessional employee and would never return to be treated like this again.

I visit both Lakewood Ranch and Parrish locations and always have great experiences with multiple groomers. Everyone has delivered great results with my Yorkshire Terrier.
