Wow!!! Very very happy ! My new go to groomer for our lil guy. Bath, nails, they cleaned his ears. I knew when the lady answered the phone that I was gonna like them, she had a charming sweet voice. Her and her husband were very friendly; I highly recommend them.

So I had called over a month ago and left a message. A female had called me back and was extremely rude. I asked if she groomed GSDs and she said that they did. I explained that he'd need a hair cut and after being fussed at for 1.5 min about how they don't cut their hair I explained that he was matted in some areas. She very rudely said they didn't have any appointments till today, and I said that was fine. I never received a reminder call ( no big deal ) and due to my husband having over 30 seziures in 12 house I've have been at Mayo hospital finding out that his cancer is back. Yes I missed the appointment. And I apologize for missing it but put yourself in my shoes! I haven't slept in over 36 hours due to trying to stop the seziures, calling 911, him going to the local hospital, to be emergency transported to mayo where his drs are. I receive this text in response to missing the appointment. Hello this is Mugsy's Grooming Parlor. We had an appointment for your pet today, a text reminder was sentto you. You failed to show for your appointment, an appointment someone waiting to get in would have appreciated. We strive to provide a quality service to pet owners and the community, failing to show for your appointment hinders our goal to achieve this. We took our 11 month old puppy to Mugsys, they were wonderful. Before we walked out the door, the lady was already hugging him & he was kissing her. When we picked him up, he was beautiful with his little special Bandana. We will definitely take him back, we have found our groomer.

Very rude if you cancel an appointment. Their dog drying method is cruel and abusive.

My baby was a mess when I brought her in. She came out so beautiful . You could see how happy she was.
