Silly Dogs Grooming Services

This was our first time getting our puppy groomed and from the start Silly Dogs was awesome.Right off the bat the receptionist was super kind (unlike other groomers we called in Delaware). She was super intuitive and helpful about the process and the grooming itself fell nothing short from amazing. Not only did they schedule him in very quickly but they cut him exactly like the picture we showed. We will absolutely be using Silly Dogs for our pup! (Before and after pics included)

I had the pleasure of taking my dog Mia to Silly Dogs grooming salon, it was a great experience for myself and Mia . Rochelle the groomer was so kind and loving , she really made Mia feel calm and comfortable I’m happy I made the choice to go there . Looking forward to seeing Silly Dogs Salon being one of the best in Brandywine Hundred ♥️

UPDATE - Let me be very clear: at NO point did the groomer consult with me about not giving my puppy a proper haircut as they FALSELY claim in their response below. Instead, they took it upon themselves to ignore my instructions and then tried to justify it after the fact. To make matters worse, they are now lying by claiming I was satisfied with the service. That is an absolute falsehood. I was not happy, and the only reason I left without making a scene is because I wanted to get my dog out of there. I will not tolerate a business misrepresenting the facts to cover up their mistakes. You’re a SHAM of a business I reiterate don’t bring your pet here. The groomer Quincy and the owner are dishonest and dangerous —————————— I am outraged by the grooming service I received for my 4-month-old puppy. This was his first-ever haircut, and I gave very clear instructions to his groomer, Quincy, to keep his coat somewhat fluffy, slightly cut down to be more manageable, and under no circumstances should his pink skin be visible. Instead, my puppy was shaved entirely down to the point where his pink skin was fully exposed, leaving him vulnerable and uncomfortable in the middle of winter. This wasn’t just a mistake—it was complete negligence. Quincy showed no genuine remorse and didn’t seem to care about the severity of what he had done—zero accountability. Even worse, when I asked how long it would take for my puppy’s hair to grow back, he blatantly admitted he didn’t know anything about the breed. How can someone so unqualified and uninformed be trusted to handle ANYONE'S pet? Quincy is not fit to handle the serious responsibility of grooming animals. His lack of knowledge, care, and professionalism makes this place unsafe for anyone who truly cares about their pet’s well-being. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Pets deserve groomers who will treat them with the proper care and respect—not someone who disregards instructions and lacks the basic competence and respect for the job

1st time taking my dog to a groomer. Went to the Foulk Rd location. Staff was super friendly and great with my dog. We loved his little photo shoot. Thank you!

Being new to town my pup Jack (mini poodle)had been missing for several weeks, and after finding him and calling everyone in town silly dog grooming was the only place that could take him in. My pup was severely matted and dirty but when we got him back from his appointment, all his mats were shaved and he was very clean. After him being outside for a while he was even more skittish nevertheless they got the job done and we were more than happy with the results. I also took our pup Willow there recently who is a Malti-Pom and she seemed to love them(& she doesn’t love everyone lol) we gave them and inspo pick and they gave exactly her what we were looking for because her previous cuts received from other groomers weren’t suitable to her cute face. In my experience a thorough and stress free grooming takes a couple of hours so I’m fine with the amount time their appointments took. I would rather my dog be safe then rushed. Overall communication has been good,they are kind and my dogs feel comfortable there so I will keep returning.
