I came to this Pet Grooming service through Carol & Chloe from Petco. These amazing women have been grooming our dogs since 2011 (mainly Carol, then Chloe came abroad) that location closed and it’s a blessing in disguise. They are now apart of a greater base of Groomers that not only love what they do but the pets even more. This new home for them and their clients offer something Corporate locations can’t. Their care, love and attention shows. I got to meet the Manager and her passion for our furry babies is heartwarming. You can’t go wrong here, the roster of extraordinary groomers can not be paralleled. My girl is so happy and that matters. How your animal feels when they leave tells you how their experience was. I took Buddy there this morning for grooming and he is absolutely cute!!!! They were kind and attentive. This was my first time there and I will definitely go again!! And I will recommend them to anyone with a dog in my area. Thank you!

This is the best grooming salon and experience we have ever had with our Standard Poodle, Mila. Chloe and Carol are simply the best…Chloe did an absolutely stunning transformation on Mila who had some difficult hair to work with. They are kind, professional, and care so much. Can not recommend this place enough.

The Friendly, helpful and calm staff all make the experience a pleasure. My dog doesn’t love going to any groomer, but they are calm and gentle with her, and I never worry about her while she is in their care.

I have been a customer for over 5 yrs. Whitney was my dogs groomer, if I had an appt at 9:30 he would be finished by 11am. The dogs weren't put in crates,they would walk around. Whitney always groomed Winston great. Today Winston was there for 4 hours. I told them that I wanted his beard and ears long. When I was waiting for them to bring Winston out I could hear him crying. He came out looking aweful beard cut off legs short ears cut short, The girl that cut him said she wasn't told how I wanted him cut. I am very very disappointed to say the least. You bring your dog somewhere to make him feel special and the gets his hair chopped up.It isn't the same place it used to be. Overbooking will do that.
