Absolutely the best experience. We did the self wash and normally have a nightmare time washing our 140 pound dog. As this was our first time they explained how everything worked and then were so kind and patient while our dog was scared to initially get in. Great staff and great service. So happy we found them.

We had used the self-serve bath many times for different dogs, so I decided to try DD for a nail trim for my labrador. I called and was told they were not busy and to come on by. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me the groomer was working on another dog and to have a seat until they would fit my dog in. No other customers were present and the sole groomer was out of sight in the back. The receptionist told him we had arrived for the quick service. During our wait of OVER 2 HOURS, we never saw the groomer! They must have a microwave in back or had a back door food delivery because I could smell food and heard both of the staff eating during my wait. The receptionist eventually came back out to say the groomer decided he would not have time to do my dog’s nail trim and to come back another time! We won’t return. The place is very dirty anyway. DIRTY DOGS!

Horrible experience. Groomer sheared my border collie's top coat. It may take 2 years to grow back and may never look right. The groomer's excuse is he had matting. My dog needed grooming - that is why he was there. You NEVER shear a collie's top coat - it protects his skin. JUST COMPLETE LAZINESS - they didn't want to take the time to comb him, so they just destroyed his beautiful coat. Then they tried to blame us because we didn't tell them not to do it. We thought they were experienced professionals, I didn't realize we had to explain how a collie should be groomed. Owner is refusing refund. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

I have a nervous Chow Chow, so I use the self wash tub to bathe her. They have everything you need to wash and dry your dog. Pam is so nice!! She can’t do enough to help you out. THE BEST GROOMER TO EVER CUT MY DOG’S NAILS IS CAIN!!!! He does an AMAZING JOB and no bleeding 🩸— Chow Chows have black nails, so you can’t see the quick, which is why I never attempt to do it myself. THANK YOU, CAIN AND PAM AND THE ENTIRE STAFF ❤️

Took my two golden retrievers here today and am blown away by how great they look! We’ve had issues finding a good groomer in the area and will for sure be coming back here! Both look great and perfect for the summer!
