Robin is truly a kind and professional dog lover/groomer. My old dog is 17 and Miss Robin takes the time my old girl needs. I’m so very grateful to her for her compassion and intuitive understanding. Fortunately for me she’s at an extremely convenient location in proximity to my residence but if Robin were farther away I’d travel the distance because my baby always looks and smells fantastic. Thankful everyday for Sassy Grooming in Bear Delaware definitely worth at least a 5 star review!

I was referred to this groomer by some work associates. I dropped two dogs off for grooming at 1 & they were done by 4:30.., was pleased that I didn’t have to leave them all day like most grooming places …. I felt comfortable leaving my dogs in her care & they looked adorable when I picked them up ;) the groomer was personable & was able to duccessfullly groom my puppy who isn’t exactly agreeable to grooming just yet ;) I’d recommend taking your dogs here ! Mine will be returning for their trims! ;)

1st time at sassy groomers n I wasn't pleases. My dogs face didn't look like she even trimmer it or even washed it my dogs face still smelled sour! Even the rest of her didn't smell clean it smelled like the salon it's self musty! The hair cut its self was so uneven I could of done it better myself.i showed her a picture of her last cut n it looked nothing like it.

Ms. Robin groomed my dogs for about four years and always did a great job. We lost those babies, and we now have a new 5 month old YorkiePoo pup. I brought her to Ms. Robin today, and she did such a fantastic job. I only wanted a bath and a trim, and she did just what I asked. My pup looks beautiful, and our pup was so good for Ms Robin. She is kind and gentle with the dogs, and very responsive to what you want done. A five star review for sure! Highly recommend!

I took my Yorkie this morning for an 8 AM appointment for his first grooming. I explained to her that he was not overly friendly and her first thing is what do you want me to do get bit? I was in a state of shock ,he has been to the vet never had this problem, and I am dumbfounded how she has been in business for 10 years with the type of attitude that she displayed with me and my family maybe she didn’t like the way we looked if you get my drift. Totally disappointing
