They did a great job! Our Shepard looks 10 lbs lighter since her bath and deshedding. Quick and efficient, I was actually surprised when she called and said Athena was ready after an hour and a half. Great job!

Incredibly unprofessional. No show for the appointment and when we called the person answering the phone said, “there’s no blue car there? Let me make a call.” She calls back to say the person had to take their baby to the doctor and she would come to groom our dog. When I told her I had three dogs that were only there for nail clipping, she said, “Oh, I can’t do that.” Absolutely do not go here. Also there were dogs out in filthy outdoor kennels that I doubt had even been fed. I seriously hope no one boards their dogs here. So. Bad.

Absolute WORST experience ever !! We are new to the area and were looking for a dog groomer. I made an appointment for 10:00 yesterday. I got there at 9:40 , thinking that the groomer would need some information about my dog and to fill out some paperwork, but she wasn’t there. She didn’t show up until 10:20. I explained to her that my dog was 15 yrs old, totally deaf and suffered with anxiety . I asked how long she thought it would take for grooming and she said one to one and a half hrs. I told her I would be back in an hour and if necessary I would just wait till she finished. I came back at 11:35 . When I got there, the door was locked and she was nowhere in sight. I could hear my dog barking inside. There was no note or anything on the door indicating where she had gone or if and when she was coming back. I called her several times , only to have it go to voice mail. I was frantic to say the least. The lady who rents the house in the front of her shop said that she had been gone for quite some time and that there were two other people who came looking for her. I was moments from calling the police when she finally showed up at 12:00 acting as it nothing was wrong. Needless to say , I told her just what I thought of her business practices. My dog let her know as well because in her anxiety about being left in a cage ,unattended she had diarrhea all over the cage. All I can say is , if you love your dog , you don’t want to take them there. She is unprofessional, unresponsive and irresponsible.

Had a 10 am appointment today, to find nobody is there at 10 am. I have been sitting in my vehicle for awhile and finally called to be informed her annt went to the hospital yesterday and the groomer will not be in. I asked, why was i not called, i forgot. No way to run a business. In the pass, whenever I had a schedule appointment, she never was there, but she always eventually shows up. Time to find another groomer.

Last time I tried to call to get my dog in for a grooming appointment, the man who answered the phone was very rude and then handed the phone off to a women who was not only rude to me but my husband also. If you're going to answer your phone call being rude to customers, that is just terrible business. I've taken my dog here before and they were super nice but after this last time trying and getting nothing but attitude from the people answering the phone, we won't take our dogs here again
