The owner is one of the most professional warm hearted kind people that I have ever met. I highly recommend this place. They love animals and treat the owners with care as well. I’ll never go anywhere else. I wish I could remember their names…the owner and groomer are AWESOME! You and your pet are in great hands!

Beware! This place gave my dog an eye infection!! This was my first & will be my last time patronizing this business for multiple reasons. Upon arrival we were quoted $120 for basic grooming/teeth brushing but ended up being charged $155 due to what they said was fur matting (which was not true, my dog was groomed 1 mo prior and didn’t have much hair to begin with). They shaved my dogs ears down to nothing and made him look very awkward. How upsetting was that but I figured it will grow back. However, They never called me to ensure that I was agreeable to extra costs or shaving his ears down like they did). I think they made a mistake and shaved his fur off to cover it up and then told me he was matted. In addition, The haircut was very uneven all over. He also didn’t smell bathed and his breath didn’t smell fresh like it did when he was groomed elsewhere. Not to mention they had him for >4 hours! I called the manager to try to reconcile my concerns and she asked if my dog was the one with the sores around his eyes and the one that was severally matted and I was like “NO”! Which led me to believe that they groomed another dog that maybe was sick & didn’t clean their utensils since my dog developed eye redness, and discharge the day after being groomed. During the call The manager Caitlin seemed too busy to listen and kept over talking me and finally said “I’ll look into this and call you back…do you think she did? NOPE. I got stuck with the vet bill and the $155 dog grooming fee. Lesson Learned! SN: only went here b/c it was closer to where I live. Never again!!!!!

Our experience with Paws & People Too, their expert and friendly staff has made the difference for us. We've tried several other area groomers and Anthony gave our Yorkie "Favour" the exact treatment we'd hoped for. And he's been consistent. This is my go to place for my cane corso’s bath. They are always very friendly, fit me in the same day I call, and provide great service! They are great with my dog and and seem to enjoy her visits.

My dog was dropped off at 0900 on 6/28. I called for an update at 1pm & was told he wasn’t started but would be shortly. At 3pm, they call for me to come get my dog-they couldn’t complete the service-Owner would call with explanation. It’s Ben 5 days still no call! Totally unprofessional-would not recommend at all!!!!!! Staff just standing around with no answers!!!!
