Wags To Whiskers Pet Grooming

Absolutely amazing all around. I wouldn’t trust my dogs going anywhere else, they are like family to me. I’ve been going to wags to whiskers for my last 5 dogs starting in the year 2000. Highly trusted highly recommended. Love you guys!

We took our 2 maltipoo puppies to be groomed, an ok job was done, as they were puppies. When they were picked up the groomer commented on how good and sweet they were. Paid with a generous tip. Three months later we took pups for their 2nd grooming I asked that they shape the fur around their ears, not straight across cut. When we arrived to pick them up, we noticed that my girls' ears were cut straight across and mentioned this to the groomer who stated that her ears were all matted and they needed to cut them as they did. Whereas they are bathed regularly and brushed daily we knew this was untrue but still paid with no issue with a generous tip. We were not so much upset with the wrong cut as we were with the coverup story. Again, we took them 3 months later and because of the previous excuse as to why they didn't follow our instructions, I specifically told them not to touch their ears or their tails. Having been lied to we weren't fully trusting them with our babies but was willing to try again. When we arrived to pick up our pups the owner was waiting for us while my pups were held in the back. She advised us that we needed to pay extra because our pups were so matted. This statement was shocking, and we felt blindsided as we never received a call saying they were badly matted and we would have to pay more to do them. She wasn't going to show us the matted fur we just had to pay while they held our babies hostage. They did get paid with the tip they would have received. I'm curious as to what grooming is if it's not caring for the pets fur whether it's matted or not, and if there is an additional cost that should be communicated before anything is done. Bottom line is these groomers cannot be trusted with our precious babies and we would not recommend them to anyone else. These are pics of my puppies just prior to getting groomed. Absolutely no matting just curls.

First time taking my fur baby, Luna here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a great job with her cut, bath and nails. Very reasonable prices. We are Definitely going back.

Great place. The staff/owners are sooo nice. They are very kind and patient with the animals.
