I have been taking my dogs to this groomer for years, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I took my one-year-old golden doodle for grooming, and what I received was nothing short of a disaster. When I picked up my dog, I was shocked to find her fur buzzed down to the skin, with patchy areas and even cuts that were bleeding. It was clear that my dog had been mishandled and poorly groomed. As a responsible pet owner, I was appalled at the state in which my dog was returned to me. I called the groomer to discuss the situation and seek an explanation. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, the groomer tried to shift the blame onto me, making baseless claims that my dog was matted all over and implied that I neglected to brush her regularly. This is absolutely false. My dogs are treated with the utmost care and receive regular brushing; they were not matted in any way. To make matters worse, the groomer's attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering any kind of solution, they abruptly canceled my next appointment and simply said, "Have a nice day." This level of dismissiveness and lack of accountability is absolutely infuriating. As a loyal customer for years, I expected professionalism, skill, and compassion from this groomer. Unfortunately, they fell short on all counts. The mistreatment and injuries inflicted on my dog, along with the groomer's refusal to take responsibility, have left me deeply dissatisfied and appalled. I cannot recommend this dog groomer to anyone. It's evident that they lack the necessary skills, integrity, and empathy to provide quality service. I implore pet owners to think twice before entrusting their beloved pets to this establishment. Your furry companions deserve better.

They did such a great job of my two pups! Both were a mess and came out looking great and smelling great and my pups definitely knew they were looking better! The staff is so kind and attentive! Highly recommend this place!!

Loving Touch Grooming in Enfield, CT is fantastic! Michelle did a great job on Viktor. I wanted a longer puppy cut, not a shave, and she did exactly just that. She also was extremely accommodating to my schedule and having him all set and done in my allowed time (which I am beyond grateful for).

What and great small business! Michelle offers a crate-free option, with a play area for dogs waiting to be picked up. After reading some reviews on google and facebook I had to check it out! P.S. I love the are artwork in the waiting area too!
