I took my two cats here to get groomed for the summer. I have one long-hair cat and I wanted her to have a lion cut for summer. My short hair cat just needed a bath and to have as much of her extra hair removed (she has been shedding a lot). They did a great job. They said the cats were very good and didn’t give too much trouble. The cats didn’t like it of course, they never like getting wet, but they were good girlies and got a nice treat when they got home. My baby lion is SO dang cute. Definitely recommend this spot. They were thorough, nice, friendly, and did a great job.
Great service! I love my doggy's hair cut! My dog was so happy and calm on the way home unlike when taking him to other places. Such a cute store and great customer service! This is our new spot to take our pets
Omg! Wags to riches is amazing! I can call to make an appt for my fur baby last minute and their always able to squeeze him in. Their very welcoming and you can feel that they luv being there and doing what they do and that’s very important to me! Go check them out!
I’ve been coming to wags to riches for the last 2 years and over time the service has gotten worse and worse. This last time i brought my dog in i asked them to gently wash his tummy and not shave the area due to it being sensitive. When I returned to get him they had shaved his tummy and cut him in multiple spots. They asked me to wait in the car because they needed alittle more time so I went back to the car for a few minutes. When I went back the second time to see if he was finally ready he was not in the salon. The worker was just sitting there on their phone. I asked if he was ready to go and they told me he had run out the door when somebody was coming in. He was running out on the busy street and only one of the employees went after him. Nobody called to tell me he had run off. I finally drove around and found him but it was a terrible and traumatic event for my poor dog and I. The employees seem very stressed and frantic every time I go. It’s not a good environment to bring a pet into.
The owner was awesome and came in on her day off to take care of my 14 year old pit bull who is also deaf. He was really dirty and stinky from hanging out outside and he came home looking and smelling like a million bucks. She did the whole 9 yards for him and in good time as well. Would recommend her again and will be taking him back for regular grooming.
