Just adopted my sweet dog, so he wasn't used to anything type of grooming. The staff were super kind and caring to him and did a great job!

Dropped off my cat at 0900 for a wash and nail trim. Evidently the cat wasn’t cooperative as he doesn’t like his nails trimmed, they told me he bit a worker. I got a call at around 1230 telling me they couldn’t do anything for him. They kept him 3 1/2 hours and did nothing. A phone call right away would have been appropriate. So he sat there in his cage for 3.5 hrs for no reason. I will not recommend this place to anyone if you care about your pet.

Best experience! My dog Pebble is so hard to trust new people, but she definitely found her a groomer! I will only be taking her here, along with my other 2 dogs! Service was fast, friendly, and affordable.

I used to take my dog to the walnut and Akers before it was closed I have never had an issue with that location. Last two visits were at the goshen location and my dog was there for about 4 hours… My last visit my appt was at 12:30, it was 4:30 pm when I still haven’t received a call for pick up, I got to the location and they said my babygirl would be ready in 15 minutes.. as im waiting I see my dog just barley getting a bath and getting worked on. I was heartbroken . My dogs are not used to being in kennels for that long. I was so sad to know my dog was in that kennel for all those hours..That was the day when I decided to move on to a new grooming salon. I really hope others don’t leave there dogs there for that long .

I've been taking my 8 yr. Old Maltipoo Benji to Pet Envy every six weeks for the last 7 years, and I am very pleased and satisfied with the service they provide. I recommend Pet Envy to anyone looking for professional pet grooming service. 2 thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻
