Puppy Love Mobile Pet Spa

We love Alicia but she has not shown up for our last appointment or the appointments of 2 friends. She is not answering calls. We are worried. Does anyone know what has happened to her? Please respond if so. Thanks!

We adore Puppy Love Pet Spa. Alicia does a great job, she's reasonably priced and very reliable. It's awesome to have the groomer pull up to your home!

I booked Puppy Love on April 24 for a groom on May 22 at 3:30-4:00. Alecia texted me on 4/28 to confirm the appointment and said she would text when she was on the way. Well come 5/22, I both texted Alecia and called her at 4:00 with no response. I called back again the next day and left another voicemail with no response. I was really surprised based on all of the good reviews. Extremely unprofessional. Definitely would NOT recommend.

My dog loves her, she is gentle, takes good care of him, he always looks great in his bowtie when she is finished.. I would highly recommend.
