Why would anyone throw down a bad rating for a SMALL business for not returning your precious phone call or for not having a website?! Neither of you OBVIOUSLY haven't done business here so don't do your best to make their livelihood suffer. I haven't either/likely won't, but allow me to even this score!
I have been going to Nancy for 3+ years. I use to go to PetSmart, Petco, you name it but kept having bad experiences. Namely that my dog ended up in a crate for so long and would have numerous cuts. Nancy does one dog at a time and calls ahead of time to limit or negate the need for your dog to wait in a crate afterwards. She does a great job and is so kind and friendly!
What a fantastic company. Great service. Great prices and very accomadating to your schedule. I recommend highly. 💙.
