So thankful for A1 Laundromutt! Our dog HATES being wet, has super sensitive paws (we've given up trying to trim her nails ourselves) and to top it off, she has a healthy dose of separation anxiety due to me being a work-at-home mom. While this sounds like a recipe for disaster for dropping her off at the groomer, they take such great care of her and she always comes back happier and more playful than ever after her "spa day". Thank you!

These people are flakes had an appointment to get a dog groomed they canceled last minute. They don’t answer their phone. They only text message been trying to get another appointment for the last three weeks. Definitely would not recommend this place.

My Mom always says, "Don't knock until you try it!" I can tell you that this staff truly blesses me. The love they pour into my dog and all the dogs is fantastic. My schedule has been up all over the place, and they have been patient with me, and sometimes they even help out with Odyn. I was 100 percent nervous last year when I dropped Odyn off, but she looks forward to seeing Ms. Barbara, Ross, and Mo! Also, it is so affordable. Thank you for all you guys do!

Quick, friendly, and super affordable. They genuinely care for your pets! My dog has severe anxiety and doesn’t feel comfortable around most other people or dogs. So naturally she hates getting her nails cut - until here. They’re dog whisperers - they understand dogs as individuals and treat them with such care. I’m sure other people have similar dogs with similar hesitations about nail trimming. This is your solution.

When I took Leo home from Barbara’s grooming service- his eye was bleeding. I took him to his vet right away and they told me there was a big cut. When I called and texted Barbara and told her what’s happening, instead of acknowledging and being aware of what happened during my dogs grooming, she played “fooled” by saying it could have happened with Leo running around with other dogs and rough playing after his grooming was over. I understand that accidents could happen anywhere anytime, but being in the business for 25 years- in her words I would at least expect a more sincere approach and an apology. It’s so disappointing to see how she didn’t take accountability of a deep cut on my dogs eye. We visited the vet, we have the bill and yet her response was for me to not reach back to her again for blaming her for this “rough play accident”. Very much lack of accountability and a huge lack of personal skills to deal with problems. There could be a mistake in any grooming service, yet her response is the biggest issue in her business with A1- Laundromat.
