HAPPY PET SPAW

Super happy with my experience with Happy Pet Spaw! I am a first time puppy owner and have been super nervous that my Shih Tzu wasn't going to like the groomers since at-home showers and attempts to trim his hair around face were not going well. The Happy Pet Spaw team truly worked a miracle! They were so patient with my Benny Boy and were able to groom even the most stubborn areas (All in less than 2 hours!!) I felt bad since my puppy still has separation issues and could hear his barking from across the street. However, the team was very patient and reassured me that he is just a puppy, things will get better and easier. I appreciate the whole experience and love that is this a family owned business. Benny will be back!! :)

Very disappointed with my last visit here. I been a costumer for quite some time now and to see the level of work that was done to my dog was very disappointing. I have to start off by saying the young man that greeted me was very rude and not accommodating to my needs at all. I gave it the benefit of the doubt since I’ve been coming here for years but once I pick up my dog that’s when I knew things were just not the same here. Not only was my dog completely not to my request but once I got home I noticed his ear had some blood and realized they had cut my dog from the groom and they had failed to communicate this to me. Unfortunately, they lost a dear long time costumer not much by the horrible costumer service the young man gave me but just the over all miscommunication of things. My dog’s health is everything and if you “miss” to tell me about an injury it’s a no go for me anymore. Highly disappointed costumer. To reply: yes it had been 4 months since I brought him to this location. My dog did have matting but not the extreme were he has in any form of pain or the need to shave him to this extent. As I explained your customer service was not to help me it was to make your job easier. Never encountered this issue with Luis but matters are done and will continue to go elsewhere.

I highly recommend Happy Pet Spaw, our puppy came back looking super cute and smelling delicious! We will most definitely be back in four weeks!
