Tried this place for the first time. I have to say, I was impressed. My dog is a husky and blue heeler mix. She has been groomed before and very well mannered. However, she sheds like crazy. There were lots of positives for this visit, which I am listing below. 1. They come to you. This is so incredible with the growing gas prices! That and if your dog is anything like mine, it helps lessen the anxieties when they know they are close to home. 2. De-shedding is part of the package for her breed. For fur parents with shepherd or husky mix... this is a huge treat! Usually, we have to pay more for this service. 3. Leonardo was very courteous, respectful, and good at listening. This is so important when we are trying to get the best care for our pups. 4. Prices are SUPER! Their prices are very competitive. My dog is about 55 lbs and about 24" for reference. We paid $175 (without tip) for her, AND we got the VIP treatment. This included her bath, de-shedding, facial, teeth, ears, gland expression (I requested this), and a bandana. I always wanted a bandana for my dog. There was only one downside, and even then, it was my error more than theirs. The website was fairly easy to use. It's not all intuitive because I am new and wasn't sure of the difference of East Bay and whatnot. Regardless, the appointment was easily booked, and the person arrived on time. I hope this helps other people make a decision for this business. It is really good and can definitely be beneficial for home bodies or people with disabilities, like me.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t really think they would be able to cut my dogs hair. My dog is a very scared dog and he never lets anyone cut his hair which is why I was worried about my dog and the groomer. At first my dog would not let the groomer get close to him, but then the groomer started petting my dog softly and my dog gained confidence. My dogs nails were so overgrown and he had too much hair. When my dog came out of the van, he was a new dog. He was so relaxed and smelled so good. His hair was cut so smoothly and his nails were a perfect shape. I won’t lie, we did have to put a muzzle on my dog so he wouldn’t bite the groomer. I was mostly surprised when my dog came out with no muzzle and the grimmer said my dog was really calm. I still can not believe this is my dog. Amazing job! Probs to Issac for cutting my dogs hair. I 10/10 recommend.

This company may be responsible for *wrongful death* of a dog .they are believed to have muzzled the dog and the dog overheated and died..if you have to use a groomer please stay present while grooming. Or if you own a dog who needs grooming why not learn how to do it yourself? This was posted on Burlingame next door June 2022 How traumatic. There was also Another story of couple years ago from another groomer in Burlingame that had duct taped a dog's mouth shut and the dog owners posted that the dog was suffering with blood coming from its eyes

Isaac did a great job with our Aussiedoodle! Our dog is not easy to groom but he was patient and she was groomed perfectly. We’ll book again!
