Becca & Shannon always take care of my Barkley, and as we pull into the parking lot, he gets so excited because he knows they'll pamper him. The prices are reasonable, the client service is 5 stars, and they always make my little man a look like a Rockstar

Literally took perfect Care of our daughters little long haired corgi cross. We were taking care of him temporarily after she moved, and found her really needed some help with his long grown toenails. She was very busy during the holidays, but made time for us at the end of her long day. Forever Grateful

I have been taking my 4 mini schnauzers to Shannon for about a year now. One of them has sever allergies and she has gone above and beyond in assisting to treat his skin issues. Both Becca and Shannon have always greeted my furbabies with kindness and hugs. First groomers in a long time that the pups actually get excited to go in for their spa day. I find both to be extremely knowledgable and professional. Thank you ladies for always doing an exceptional job with my little pack of barkers.

This morning I had an appointment to get my dog groom. The appointment time originally was at 9. Someone called me yesterday and left a message a saying it was at 10. I called back and confirmed. It’s was 9:11 when I Shannon called to say I was late. I explained I had a voicemail where someone told me to go at 10. She said they don’t send emails. I told her it was a voicemail and I could show her when I came. I only live 2-3 min away. She didn’t want to hear it. I understand people make mistakes. She said there was a late fee I would need to pay of $50. I told her I was not aware and she said it’s on there contract, I told her I didn’t see it. I ask her if she would waive it since it was the first time it happened. She said NO!! I explained it never happened before and again she said NO!! She was not even trying to be considerate, on top of the $50 she wanted me to pay for the grooming. She made it clear all that matters to her is the money not providing good customer service. I understand that if it happened before I would be ok paying the $50. I did go in and pay the $50 , didn’t want any problems with people like her but I am VERY disappointed in the way she spoke to me I expected better and professional customer service. I will no longer be going there I refuse to do service with people that only care about making money not about my dog or providing good customers. They deserve 0 stars.

My goldendoodle had an appt today and it took over 4 hrs. Both Becca & Shannon accused me of being rude when I called and asked if my puppy was ready. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place and I’ll be taking my puppy somewhere else even if I have to pay more.
