Today for the first time I took my dog. I considered it a good place. I called first and the person who answered told me that there was no one who spoke Spanish and in the place there are people who do speak Spanish 😑. Today was my dog's appointment, I took my son with me, he is 5 years old, he is curious and asks questions. He wanted to go in where they pick up the dog in the cages and one of the women yelled at him very badly and I told her that there were ways to explain why it was not possible, she was very rude when I told her not to speak to my son like that, she yelled at me again and i replied back, but I don't think I will go back there, what is the use of having a good place and having such ugly people? The appointment was today at 9 pm I hope the owner reads this and asks the employees about the negative attitude of that woman (according to what they commented, she was the manager) I think it would help her a lot because I am not going back.

My baby loves going to see her groomer. My puppy has separation anxiety. Her groomer clams her down and does her best to get her in and out as fast as possible. The prices are reasonable and service is always with a smile. Jen is the best.

My dog bingo and niña, they are very happy there, for me right now it is a best place for grooming in salinas, hope the owner and her employers they are very nice persons.😘

I had put a great review before, because they would do a good job on my Shitzhu, but I left for two years and got back recently and called to make an appointment, they said not taking new dogs and 2nd my dog is to old, even a older dog needs their hair cut. Was pretty sad with there response. Just like humans so when we get older we don't deserve service 😪

Hope is my dogs Groomers. She is fantastic and very kind to my fur babies. I have a challenging poodle and she is so very patient with her!
