The Paw Spa & Salon

The customer service I received was excellent. Well, technically I'm not a customer...yet. 4/5 is because I own cats and some services are not provided for cats here, at the time of this review. Otherwise, I was able to ask questions over the phone, and receive knowledgeable and sincere information and tips on how to groom a notoriously difficult breed of cat. These fluffy cats often need a sanitary shave because of their fluffy posterior. I was advised that hair cuts are not a service for cats that is provided here. They will bath, and trims (nails). My intention was to learn how to get a Mainecoone to stay still long enough for me to groom it (I haven't quite given up, and sent kitties to the groomer, for the groomers sake and sanity!) Because the cats want to attack the brush or just get up and leave. The staff member I talked with was able to give me information of tools and gear to use or assist it my own grooming attempts, which is incredibly valuable because the things I already bought, like a certain harness, are designed poorly...so having a groomers helpful tips was much appreciated! If I can work with my cats to where they will be at least partially comfortable being groomed, I know who I would call to get the job done for me in the future! The only reason I have not asked them for grooming service (for my cat, LOL) is because the cats will be very difficult, very young cats, and I want them to become accustomed to grooming before i send them to a professional. I have no doubt the Paw Spa is a professional salon and am looking forward to sending my cats there in the future. Although it sounds like I'll have to give them the sanitary shave, myself!

I was so nervous to bring my dog to a groomer because he had never been to one before, and oh my gosh, the girls at Paw spa took such good care of my dog, and said he did so well. He smells so good, his fur is super shiny, and his paws look amazing. Great service, great place. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the quality of work and love they showed my pets. Both my huskys got a full groom. They did a great job handing the different types of fur and making sure my dogs were clean, brushed and trimmed. I also took my smaller more anxious dog in for her first nail trim and they took time to calm her down before beginning work. They sat with her and took time so she was comfortable and less scared. I was impressed with how they handled her. They really care about the dogs feeling comfortable and safe while they are being worked on!

This is the 3rd time I’ve taken my dog Pepe in for a bath & trim and they did a fantastic job as always! I asked them for a trim all around this time and they did exactly that without leaving it too short. We are always greeted by their friendly staff and they are very sweet with all 3 of our doggos. We are very happy we found this place and highly recommend to anyone in the area!

The Paw Spa Salon is a great place to take your furbabies for grooming. The staff are so friendly and take great care of your furbabies while they get a day of pampering. The atmosphere is cute and clean. We love the care are furbabies get while at the Paw Spa Salon! Sarah and Erika are great!
