TOP TIER customer service! Ally really impressed me with how kind and helpful she is. She didn't know all the answers (she said she was a bit new), but that didn't stop her! She wasn't afraid to ask someone else to find the answer for me. So much respect for that awesome attitude! Bonus: Ally did not only find the answer for me (thanks for the help Chris), she also made sure to ask Chris to show her as well, "So, I know next time someone asks." Y'all are really phenomenal, and I will never shop anywhere but here for my pet needs. Thank you for your kindness and assistance. Ally, being new can be nerve wrecking at times, but you're doing awesome! :)

I absolutely love the trainer Ted. He has turned my puppy from a complete menace to a manageable toddler. Finn is completely at ease with him and so am I. He takes the time to explain animal behavior and how my actions are interpreted by my dog which makes it easier to train and stick with it. Lilly in the grooming department is amazing and always puts my dog at ease even though he hates being separated from me. Tim greets Finn like an old friend and I swear my dog likes going to Petco for his pets from Tim and Ted more than anything else. It’s a great store with a great atmosphere and my dog, Finn, and I feel very welcome every time.

Petco is always a fun store to go in, but they definitely aren't the most affordable.The staff doesn't seem to be the most knowledgeable on questions, which isn't great when you need help with products. They do have a good amount of clearance you can look through, but mainly toys. Make sure you watch how much everything is because some of the clearance doesn't come up as clearance. Overall, it's not a bad store and has everything you are probably looking for !

This places absolutely amazing. I gotta cute little collar and tag for my dog. And only cost me thirty dollars for both. Honestly, it was a steal. It's really fun to take kids there. Cause they can see all the cool fish and stuff. I would highly recommend buying stuff for your pets here.

Went in for an item that they claimed to have in stock, I searched the section that had similar items for about 10-15 minutes with no prevail, I then went looking for an employee to ask where it might be and couldn't find a single one and I walked in circles three times, I then asked the cashier if he knew where it was he then said "I just work here" I then requested he find someone to help me, he then said "we'll have to be quick" and walked all the way to the back and found someone in the back, employee section to help me, who then informed me they were out for stock of said item, I told him it said they were in stock and asked if there were any anywhere as I needed the antiseptic for my dog that day and he said that there was nothing he could do about it, over all very annoying experience and the cashiers behavior was something else entirely
