Had an appointment for 9 am, showed up at about 8:50. No one was there yet. Waited around until about 9:20. Still no one there or opened up yet so I left. No call or reason, left messages and tried calling multiple times. So annoying and unprofessional!!! Will not go back
Erica takes great care of our dogs.
Took my pom to get groomed and they dam near shaved her bald and didn't listen to a thing I said. Any actual dog owner knows your not supposed to shave a pom. I am VERY upset about how my dog turned out. She's not even cute after what they did to her. I will NOT be going back there.
I will never go to another groomer! The ladies here are fantastic. I was really nervous about taking my 10 month old doodle in because he's such a handful and I was soooo happy with the results! He looked amazing! And he was so happy when I picked him up! The ladies are so nice, you can tell they actually love dogs, and treat them as they would their own. They are worth every penny!!!
I have been a client there since the 90's with all of my dogs. Last week the owner phoned to cancel this week's appointment and all of my future appointments (I book for a full year in advance) as the groomer I have had for over 10 years left. I was told (rudely) that there was no way to work my dog into the schedule at all, that the soonest appointment wasn't available until after Thanksgiving. When I questioned him again about working my dog in, he told me this was all the fault of the groomer that left and he couldn't do anything about it and that I was basically out of luck. Isn't that the job of the owner to take care of his clients when an employee leaves?!? Within an hour of receiving that phone call I went into the business to pick up my dog's shampoo and the owner was on the phone. He told that person on the phone that he had TWO appointments available this week, one of which was the time slot I was originally scheduled for mind you, and that the person had their choice of slots. REALLY??? Not only was he rude, but he out right lied to me! As I have reached out to other local groomers, I have found that this is not an isolated event with this owner. Several have been previous employees and spoke of his unprofessionalism. We had a great relationship with our groomer and can completely understand why she left after speaking with others. It is obvious I will not be back, but want everyone to beware before taking your furbaby there.
