I've had several small 15 lbs poodles and after several groomers I've finally found a groomer that listens and has a real fond relationship of her customers namely my Lil Poodle. Thank you Carly for always exceeding our expectations.

I took my Corgi into this place 2 times. The first time was great since he needed a bath. The 2nd wasn't so great. Called ahead of time to make sure to have my dogs nails trimmed specifically. He came into my car still wet, and noticed the nails not cut when I brought him home and I can hear them loudly on the floor still. I tipped them too. Called 2 times to schedule and rectify it but no pick up but did not leave a message.

I have not dealt with this business personally, however, while looking for a groomer for my pup I came across this business and always read reviews.Good and bad in every business, but the owners response to the bad reviews is disgusting! She called one of her customers a liar and only wants to argue with the person that is dissatisfied. A grown up business owner would appologize...right or wrong..and try to keep customers happy and coming back. According to the reviews, she has hurt a few dogs and taken absolutely no responsibility for for her actions, doesn't answer the phone or communicate with customers..ect. I am actually quite surprised she hasn't already run herself out of business with an attitude like that.
